​​MIND

Your thoughts are the "Captain of your Ship".  Your thinking will dictate your feelings and actions.  Your results manifest based on the actions you take every moment.  Be clear in your thoughts and train your mind so that your feelings will follow.  Sometimes we have to take our thoughts captive regardless of our feelings and skip right to the actions. 

​BODY

Many of us get one body in life figuratively speaking.  We have a cellular turnover every 7 years.  Imagine that!!!  You too can get a whole new body.  So what body will you create.  Feed your body nutrients that nourish your cells, drinking plenty of water, and exercises.  And consider your mind, seek peace in your actions and deeds, so that your cells follow suit.  Your body is the Ark of a covenant between you and the Universe and all that is. 

SPIRIT

Renew your Spirit and you renew your body and mind.  Laugh and Love intensely.  Follow your passion and acknowledge your purpose in life even if it does not agree with others.  Meditate daily and breathe in joy and peace.  Sleep 7-8 hours a day so that you can have a fresh mind and body. 

WHAT'S NEXT...

Start thinking about your goals for 2016.  Develop a vision for where you want to go in 5 years.  Then work backwards to what needs to happen in the next year.  I recommend setting 2-3 goals in the area of Relationships, Career, Finances, and picking a yearly project.  A yearly project can involve learning a new and creative skill like cooking, playing guitar, making pottery. It also can look like achieving a body fat %, cholesterol level, or running a 5K.  Just make it measurable.
